How many people can I have in a group?
This is totally up to you. You may have as many participants in a group as you can handle. In our experience, no more than 9 people works well in an hour session.
How do I charge my participants?
When you setup a group, you will need to make it public. This will provide you with a unique link that you may send to you participants to request to join. At this stage you may accept them pending payment and they will be sent a payment link to pay for your sessions.
Is there a limit on the number of groups I run?
No. You may host as many groups as you want and access them from the 'groups' dropdown on the platform.
Is there a limit to the number of projects/clients I can manage in Mindful?
No, you can host as many projects as you like. You can access your different projects from the “Groups” dropdown on Mindful.
How do I set-up and use video conferencing?
Mindful comes with in-built video conferencing as part of the platform. If however you already use Zoom, it has a seamless integration within Mindful and you can use Zoom for your calls within the Meeting Room.
